Cold callers are wasting time and lots of money


Among the biggest cold callers are pay-per-click and search engine optimisation companies after insurance and utilities. Not being a fan of receiving cold calls I can understand why some firms just hang up or say no before they heard all the pitch. So I don't cold call and always try other strategies to engage and offer useful information.
